$590.00

Seth Sinovic is indeed a local hero, having grown up in Leawood, Kansas and then playing most of his Major League Soccer career with Sporting Kansas City.

Sinovic was a walk-on at Creighton University, developing into a standout defensive player at the collegiate level. In 2010, he was selected in the second round of the MLS draft by the New England Revolution, then signed with Kansas City in 2011, where he played until 2019 before closing out his professional career with a final season in New England in 2020.

He was on four championship teams for Sporting, winning the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup in 2012, 2015, and 2017, and the MLS Cup in 2013. He was honored as the Sporting Kansas City Defensive Player of the Year for his performance during the 2014 season.

This original oil painting is one in a series of portraits of some of Kansas City’s favorite contemporary sports figures completed in a 12” x 12” format.
